1. Overview of Project Screen

  • The project screen is the main interface for managing projects.

  • Use the organization switcher to navigate between different organizations.

  • Filter projects easily from this screen.

2. Creating a New Project

  • Click on 'New' to create a project.

  • Choose to use a project template or create a new template with:

    • Title

    • Outline

    • Parameters.

3. Managing Ideas and Drafts

  • Ideas are listed in the left column.

  • Drag ideas into 'Draft', 'Write', or other statuses as needed. 

4. Customizing Project Statuses

  • Customize project statuses such as:

    • Ready

    • Edit

    • Review

    • Upload

    • Share.

5. Project Details and Media Management

  • View project details including:

    • Thumbnail

    • Schedule date

    • Outline

    • Media files worked on.

  • Use the project-wide chat for team comments.

6. Task Management

  • Create and manage tasks for each project:

    • Assign tasks to team members.

    • Set due dates.

    • Add SOPs and sub-tasks.

7. Thumbnail and Media File Uploads

  • Upload individual thumbnail files.

  • Link to Figma files or upload PSDs.

  • Comment on media files.

8. Organizing Pages and Notes

  • Create multiple pages for:

    • Outlines

    • Hooks

    • Packaging notes

    • Production notes

    • Publishing notes

    • Scripts.

9. Media File Review Process

  • Review media files:

    • Comment and suggest changes.

    • Approve files to move them to the approved section. 

10. Sharing and Asset Links

  • Create share links for external feedback.

  • Upload asset links from services like Drive or Dropbox.

11. Overview of All Organizations

  • View all organizations and their projects.

  • Check project statuses: overdue, due today, tomorrow, this week. 

12. Personal Task Overview

  • View tasks assigned to you for the current and upcoming weeks.

  • Check tasks assigned to other team members.

13. Support and Questions

  • For any questions, send a support ticket.
