Creating a Share Link in Clip Flow
Key Steps
Step 1: Create a New Share Link
Inside a Project look for Share Links in the project explorer
Locate the New Link option.
Step 2: Set Expiry Date and Message
Click on 'New Share Link'.
Optionally, set an expiry date for the link.
Leave a message for the recipient, e.g., 'Please review and let me know your thoughts.'
Step 3: Select Content to Share
Choose the content you want to share on the right (e.g., the latest version of a document or video).
Include any relevant thumbnails or additional content.
Step 4: Copy the Share Link
Once the content is selecte and added to the link, copy the generated share link.
Ensure that the link includes the message and selected content.
Step 5: Distribute the Link
Send the copied link to the intended recipient(s).
Recipients will be able to access the content and see your message.
Step 6: Collect Feedback
Recipients can view the content, leave comments, or like the shared material.
All feedback will be collected back into Clipflow.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that sensitive information is not shared through the link.
Double-check the expiry date if set, to avoid access issues later.
Tips for Efficiency
Use clear and concise messages to guide the recipient on what feedback is needed.
Regularly check for comments and feedback to keep the workflow efficient.
