Media Review and Notifications
Clipflow makes it easy to manage and review footage in the same place as your project management, you can submit time code comments, attach files, call in specific people to check on the edit.

1. Accessing the Project
Open Clipflow and locate the project in the review stage.
Ensure all media links and raw assets are available.
2. Reviewing Media File
Click on the media file to enter the full media review experience.
Watch the media content provided.
3. Adding Comments
Use the comments section to leave feedback.
Press 'Command + Enter' or click the send button to submit comments.
Optionally, attach files or draw on the media.
4. Managing Comments
Use the option to hide side posts for a clearer view.
Keep the comments section open for ongoing feedback.
5. Checking Notifications
Click on notifications to view updates from team members.
Comments are grouped by person and project for clarity
6. Marking Comments as Read
After reviewing comments, mark them as read to keep track of progress.
7. Finalizing Review
Once the review is complete, select 'Changes Required' or 'Approved' to inform the team.
This action will move the content to the appropriate folder.
8. Reviewing Revisions
Access the attributes to view new revisions uploaded.
Compare comments and changes between different versions.

Ensure all comments are constructive and clear to avoid confusion.
Double-check that the correct version of the media is being reviewed before submitting feedback.
